Free Stock Photos For Your Online Business Or Blog At FreeDigitalPhotos.net

I found this great (free) site for stock photos where 400 x 78 pixel images can be download free. Its called FreeDigitialPhotos.net

There are some limits as to how you can use the images, but still this is a great source for free stock images for your site or blog. Unless prohibited in their terms of use, you could for example use them in personal, corporate, web design, printed media, advertising, book covers and pages, music artwork, software applications, charitable and educational projects, and much more. Of course, you would need to read and abide by their terms of use.

For the free 400 x 278 pixel image, attribution is required. In other words, if you use the free 400 x 278 pixel image you must publish a credit to the digital artist who created it. In the alternate, you can avoid this requirement by purchasing the 400 x 278 pixel image, or you can purchase larger size images of 600 x 445 pixels and 1024 x 712 pixels.
