Users agree to comply with all applicable domestic and international laws, statutes, ordinances and regulations regarding  use of the OnlineBusiness2Riches.com website.  

Communications from OnlineBusiness2Riches.com: By joining OnlineBusiness2Riches.com, you give us permission to contact you periodically via email with regards to your membership.  If you wish to no longer receive communications from us, you will need to cancel your membership.

VENUE: The USER expressly agrees that this agreement, in whole or in part, is to be interpreted and enforced under the laws of the state of Tennessee and of the United States and  FURTHER AGREES that the sole and only venue and jurisdiction for any action under the terms of this agreement shall be in the County of  Lewisburg and State of Tennessee.  USER expressly consents to the personal jurisdiction of State and Federal Courts for said county and state for any and all actions, including injunctive relief, arising under the terms and conditions of this agreement or by use of any software product contained in SOFT WARE PAK BIZ/OnlineBusiness2Riches.com now or hereafter.

WARRANTEES:  OnlineBusiness2Riches.com makes NO WARRANTEES express or implied and specifically does not warrant FITNESS FOR SPECIFIC PURPOSE or WARRANTY OF MERCHANT ABILITY of any product or service.

If any provision of this agreement is void or unenforceable in whole or in part, the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall not be affected thereby.

OnlineBusiness2Riches.com reserves the right to amend this agreement at any time.

If you edit any of our sales material, or create your own, it must first be approved by us.

When promoting the OnlineBusiness2Riches.com affiliate program, affiliates must adhere to our strict NO SPAM guidelines as stated in
Section D.  Affiliates must also promote the OnlineBusiness2Riches.com website in a legal and ethical manner.  Affiliates must follow all other terms and conditions as outlined in the user agreement.  Failure to do so will result in removal from the program.

Affiliates shall receive a commission only if they refer someone to OnlineBusiness2Riches.com who purchases the OnlineBusiness2Riches.com Software Package. Affiliates shall receive 75% of the amount that the Software Package sells for, at any given time, less ClickBank Fees. For example, provided that the package shall sell for $47.00, affiliates would  receive a one time commission of $35.25, less ClickBank Fees (75% of $47.00 = $35.25 minus ClickBank Fees = Amount of Payment to Affiliate).

However, if the package should happen to sell for a lesser amount, affiliates commission would be calculated at 75% of the sales price, less ClickBank Fees. For example, if the package sold for $30.00, the affiliates' commission would be calculated 75% of $30.00 = $22.50 minus ClickBank Fees = Amount of Payment to Affiliate. All sales and payment of commissions are processed by ClickBank. ClickBank mails checks to affilates that have made sales every two weeks. 

Any action brought by the Federal Trade Commission or other public prosecutorial agency against a user or affiliate for alleged violations of regulations for internet or mail order sales or commercial email will be automatic grounds for termination of the affiliate's account.
